Return and Exchange Policy

At INDIGOLINEN, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at  support@indigolinen.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your Order ID, contact details, and reason for return.

2. Pickup & Return Process

  • Once approved, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2–3 business days.
  • If pickup fails after 3 attempts, you may self-ship the item (we recommend Speed Post).
  • Only hand over the parcel after receiving OTP confirmation.

3. Inspection & Credit

  • Returned items will be inspected within 3–4 business days of reaching our warehouse.
  • If approved, the order value (after logistics charges, if any) will be credited to your INDIGOLINEN Wallet.
  • Wallet credit is valid for 3 Months and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Refunds to bank accounts/cards are not available.

4. Return Package Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All tags and accessories must be intact.

5. Failed Quality Check

  • If the item does not pass inspection, it will be sent back to you.
  • ₹149/- re-shipping charge will apply.

6. Wrong or Damaged Items

  • For wrong items, email us with photos/videos within 7 days. Pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.
  • For damaged items, you can request a replacement.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for wrong product claims.

7. Eligibility

  • All products are eligible for returns unless marked otherwise.
  • Sale/offer items are non-returnable (exchange only).
  • One exchange per order is allowed.
  • Exchange is not available for products below ₹999/-.
  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Mode of Credit

  • No refunds are processed to bank accounts/cards.
  • The exact purchase value (after charges) will be credited to your indigolinen Wallet.
  • Wallet credit is valid for 3 Months and can be redeemed on any future purchase.

9. Important Notes

  • If wallet credit is not received within the mentioned time, contact us at support@indigolinen.com
  • Items purchased during Sale/Offers are only eligible for exchange, not return.
