
Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
At Bottom Wear, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags, labels, and packaging. Final‑sale items and products marked as non‑returnable, such as gift cards and unopened hygiene items, are excluded from this policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, simply log in to your Bottom Wear account, navigate to “My Orders,” and select “Return Item” next to the relevant order. Indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, affix the label, and drop the package at the designated carrier location.
Processing and Timelines
Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the items to verify they meet the return criteria. You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt and status of your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship your replacement items—subject to availability—at no extra cost and provide you with a new tracking number.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team at support@bottomwear.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if possible. We will arrange a prepaid pickup and expedite either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
Partial Returns and Restocking
For orders with multiple items, you may return any qualifying item(s) independently. In the case of partial returns, only the returned items will be refunded. We do not charge restocking fees; however, any promotional discounts applied at purchase will be prorated across the remaining items.
Return Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost for returns and exchanges of eligible items. If you choose to use your own shipping method, you are responsible for the cost, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.
