2. Account Registration and Security
To place an order, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately so we can secure your information.

3. Product Information and Pricing
We endeavor to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Order Placement, Acceptance, and Cancellation
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason prior to fulfillment, including stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity. You may cancel an order yourself via My Orders as long as it has not entered the shipping process; otherwise, please contact orders@bottomwear.com immediately.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is authorized and captured at the time of order placement. We accept the methods displayed at checkout, and by submitting payment information you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and tracking information are provided at checkout and via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment to the carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds. In summary, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they include all original tags and packaging. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to support@bottomwear.com for a full refund or replacement.

8. Intellectual Property and User‑Generated Content
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bottom Wear or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Any reviews or other content you submit become the property of Bottom Wear, granting us a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use, modify, and display your submissions in connection with our business.

Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bengaluru. We may revise these terms at any time; the updated version will be indicated by the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
