Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday; orders received on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
Domestic Shipping
For deliveries within India, we offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days from the ship date, while expedited shipping delivers in 1–2 business days. Your shipping choice and the exact delivery postcode determine the final transit time. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected speed and your order value, and we occasionally provide free standard shipping promotions for orders above a qualifying amount.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Please verify your country’s regulations before placing an international order, as delays may occur due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs & Promotions
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart, your chosen shipping method, and your delivery address. From time to time, Bottom Wear may run promotional campaigns that include waived or reduced shipping fees; these offers will be clearly indicated on our website and applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Delivery Issues & Returns
If your shipment is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and nearby drop‑off points before reaching out to us. In the event of lost or damaged parcels, Bottom Wear will work with the carrier to file a claim and either arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to report any such issues.
