
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Bottom Wear, we understand that plans change and strive to make cancellations as seamless as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it enters our fulfillment process. Simply log in to your account, visit My Orders, and click Cancel Order. If that option is no longer available online, email orders@bottomwear.com with your order number and cancellation request. Cancellations approved prior to fulfillment will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind or discover that an item doesn’t fit, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise—including all original tags and packaging—within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, select Return Item under My Orders, indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange, and use the prepaid shipping label we send to your email. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process refunds within 5–10 business days and ship exchanges at no additional cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@bottomwear.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the issue, and a brief description. We will arrange a prepaid return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer—promptly upon receipt of the returned item.
Refund Processing
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. In the case of partial returns, only the returned item(s) will be refunded.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments and swimwear (unless unopened with original hygiene seals), gift cards, and items explicitly marked as final‑sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
